Eleotri was created around a belief that has shaped the people behind it for years: meaningful progress begins when the right people come together around the right conversations.
Across industries and institutions, one pattern continued to emerge. The conversations that move ideas forward, create partnerships, and influence decisions rarely happen by chance. They happen when the right people are brought together with the right context and enough trust to engage openly.
That belief became the foundation for Eleotri.
Inspired by Eleos, representing understanding and empathy, and Mantri, a Sanskrit word associated with counsel and wisdom, Eleotri reflects the idea that progress is built through thoughtful dialogue, informed perspectives, and purposeful leadership.
Today, Eleotri applies that approach to Cybersecurity, Technology, and Healthcare — sectors where collaboration, knowledge exchange, and trusted relationships help shape markets, strengthen institutions, and improve lives.

Together, our leadership team and advisory panel bring experience shaped by years of building industry platforms, executive engagements, and strategic communities. They understand where opportunities emerge, how relationships form, and what it takes to create environments where meaningful dialogue can take place. - Director of Partnerships & Community at iAPPS Health Group, focused on driving healthcare access and growth through technology.
- Proven track record designing partnership strategies that drive sustainable business growth.
- 15 years directing a travel retail company, with deep expertise in business operations and commercial strategy.
- Former Project Director of GovWare, with 17 editions of experience spanning project management, commercial growth, and platform development.
- Led delivery of Singapore International Cyber Week (SICW) across 10 editions — coordinating across government agencies, overseeing event operations, security protocol, and VIP hospitality.
- 15+ years in strategic marketing and growth leadership, with experience across major international platforms — GovWare and SICW.
- Proven track record in business growth planning and senior stakeholder engagement across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Built marketing and growth functions from the ground up, delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
- Delivered internationally recognised platforms including Milipol Asia-Pacific, DIMDEX, ADAS, Homeland Security Asia, and Emergency Disaster Response & Recovery.
- Managed event development and operations across Singapore, the Middle East, India, the Philippines, and Indonesia.
- Expertise spanning full-cycle exhibition delivery, commercial strategy, and multi-market operations.
